MAYFIELD FARM, THE GREEN, SEACROFT, LEEDS LS14 6JN

A period former farmhouse which provides extensive accommodation but is in need of complete refurbishment and modernisation while, it is envisaged, being capable of retaining the pleasing architectural character of the mid 19th century property. In addition there is an adjoining barn built on 2 storeys which could provide (subject to gaining planning consents) an additional dwelling or a ‘granny’ annexe. Built in vernacular style with a wealth of period fittings including Yorkshire stone flagged floors and original fireplaces, the property stands in a generous plot, in all ¼ acre.
